One of the well-recognized complications of peptic ulcer is perforation into the adjacent organs. A classic example is gastrocolic fistula. Despite predilection of both the stomach and duodenum for peptic ulcer disease, however, the development
of
a
fistula between these two organs is unusual. We report a patient in whom the fistulous communication of the gastric antrum and the duodenal bulb manifested as an accessory pyloric channel.
